The seventh message is insidethe tanker, so fly over it and drop into it. You should see the giant tanker in the photo above. After killing the Ogre, go through the door and look immediately to your left. One of the easiest messages to miss, this one is accessible right after you defeat the first major boss. Inside the vent is the sixth Wilhelm-7 message. At the end of the hall on the right, you’ll find a vent along the floor hidden behind a slanted panel. Instead, open the door on the right and jump over the pressure plate in the hallway to avoid the spike trap. Make your way to the room where you normally climb into the vent to progress. Keep going until you are almost crushed by the rolling barrel going down the staircase.

Climb into the vent to find the next message in a bottle. Next to the switch, you will see a small open vent along the right wall. Eventually, you will reach the last room on the left which has a massive window along the left wall. This will be the room where you are throwing switches to panels along the wall to progress forward. Progress through the pirate base until you reach the large reservoir room. Jump to it and run through the door on the right. Instead of going forward, turn around and face the platform shown above. Jump up to the one with the blue sign under it, but be careful to not step on the pressure plate! Doing this will cause spikes to cover the entire platform, killing any Guardian standing there. You should see a small alcove in the ceiling where the third message is hidden.Īfter you climb up through the large, broken fan you’ll emerge in another room with platforms above you. When facing the lever in this small room, look up and to the left. There will be a pressure plate on the floor, so jump over it unless you want to turn into a pincushion. Instead, use the lever on the door shown above and go inside. Both the big round one and the door to your right are booby-trapped so don’t interact with them.

You’ll see the second message nestled in a corner by some crystals and boxes. After you clear out all of the enemies on this side of the bridge, turn and face the way you just came. It should be almost immediately after you fall down, so interact with it to add it to your collection.ĭon’t go too far, because the second message is right after the narrow crystal bridge. Once you drop down you’ll see the first one along the path to the left. The first message can be found right after you open the doors to the dungeon via the loot cave entrance. Here’s where to find all 12 messages in a bottle so you can earn the Hraseveglur weapon ornament: Wilhelm-7 Message Locations

Keep in mind, however, that this is not a guide on how to complete the dungeon, and that this can be completed at any difficulty. If you’re looking to complete The Richest Dead Man Alive Triumph for the Vidmaster title, then you’ll need to find all of Wilhelm-7’s messages in the new Grasp of Avarice dungeon. Unsurprisingly, there are some secrets hidden throughout this new event. There’s also a bunch of new armor and weapons that users can unlock or purchase in the Eververse store, all of which are tied to the history of this developer. Along with a six-player match-made activity, players can explore the new Grasp of Avarice dungeon set in the fabled loot cave. Bungie’s 30th anniversary event is officially live, which means there’s a bunch of new content coming to Destiny 2.
